The dialogue (alternate title: The pettiness).
Baby Nonny whimpering slightly in my arms tonight around seven p.m. after a long (aren't they all?) Sunday.
ANM's Sister: I think he got that from me.
Me: He got what from you?
ANM's Sister: The whimpering. I bet he got that from me.
I choose to say nothing since I have nothing nice to say and try very hard not to roll my eyes. She is completely serious.

Sometimes Bill acts exactly like his mother and I'm reminded why she bothers me and I dread being with them for eternity.
